Misterbnb review: Very Late Payment to Hosts & Not professional Problem Solving Ability 5

I m working with misterbnb almost from the beginning they opened, always i m having my payments late as a host.
regarding the last guest, he was a problematic guests and did not want to stay in my flat even though i offered a better flat with a small discoun. He refused and he knew the cancellation is nonrefundable.

i prooved all the complaints with the photos and all the mobile message history of the guest that makes the complaints failed. However, although misterbnb did not get any prooves from the guest about his complaints they sent me a missing payment without any notification. no explanation! On the other hand, i havent received the 2 nights stay of another guest who stayed 1 month ago, again you did not reply my email regarding this payment.
I do not recommend this site, if you had to, you should guarantee yourself with the cash deposit taken from the guests. Or be ready for misterbnb unprofessional service..

I hosted a guest on 4/16/2016 and still have not received payment. Misterbnb has stopped responding to my e-mails and its been 14 days since I've heard from support desk. Unprofessional, disrespectful to hosts. Will be filing formal complaints with the authorities. Unbelievable.

over a month since I hosted through their platform, no payment yet. Lack of timely reponses. Not professional at all. More worrisome is the fact that they do not even verify the guest's identity. STAY AWAY from this website

I would like to personally apologise for any inconveniences to you as our valued hosts. In changing our payout platform, we experienced delays that in turn impacted our turn around on payouts. This problem has since been fixed, and I hope that we can continue future collaborations.

Same problem here. Late payments to hosts after the guests have departed. With AirB&B, I have never had a problem. These guys at MisterB&B are sketchy.

I am also renting my rooms in my house. I agree, they are not sending the payments on time. In addition, you have to remind them otherwise, they forget it. on the other hand they are not professional about the responds and the communication.
