Miracle MethodWarranty problem

We had Miracle Method applied to our shower in January 2007. We were to have a 5 year warrenty on the material applied. In a year and a half we started to get peeling of the coating. We now have about 3 square feet that has peeled. The franchisee who did the work quit some time after doing our shower. In calling Miracle Method headquarters we were informed they had nothing to do with the warrenty, that it was the responsibility of the franshisee. As they are no longer associated with Miracle Method we have no warrenty on the peeling coating. It cost us $900 to find out what kind of a company they are. We will probably have to get a new shower.

    I too had Miracle Method do work in my home and quickely learned that the parent company does not back or support it's franchises in any way. Bad product - bad company!
