I am writing to express my disappointment in the sloppy service of the male cashier at your store location. On 28th of January, I visited your store to purchase a few items. After being in line for several minutes, I had the misfortune of being attended to by the male cashier. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and even made derogatory stereotypes about my ethnicity. He seemed disinterested in the rapid way he processed my purchase and it was clear that he was not following proper cash register procedures.
It is unacceptable for an employee to exhibit such poor behavior, especially towards customers. I understand that sometimes working within the retail industry can be difficult, but this particular cashier needs to receive some proper customer service training, as his behavior and conduct was not acceptable. I hope that you take proper steps to prevent this kind of poor customer service and inappropriate behavior from occurring in the future.
