Mini In The Box review: No response to refund steps taken, never contacted as instructed in refund instructions

Sandals purchased from Miniinthebox.com March 2023, shipping notice 2023-03-19. order no [protected]. item received made entirely of plastic, not orthotic. substandard unwearable shoe. All steps were taken to initiate a refund as instructed. Instructions are that a return label will only be initiated once a customer service rep contacts the buyer. No contact was ever made. I e-mailed the company April 10, 2023 and May 1, 2023.

I am seeking a full refund.
