On October 26 I mistakenly ordered (online) a king size mattress and needed a queen on October 26. I immediately realized my mistake and called Milliard Customer Service number but their is no option to talk to a representative - only to enter the exchange of the name of the person you wish to speak to. Within 15 my minutes of placing the order, I then sent emails to Steals and Deals and Milliard. I received a reply from Steals and Deals that they sent my info to Milliard to change the order.

Today, October 28, I received an email from Steals and Deals stating that that the wrong size mattress had shipped. They had two days to correct this before it was shipped it was picked up by Fed Ex.

I think it is ridiculous that if you make a mistake on an order, realize it right away and immediately communicate that mistake in the only method provided, that the mistake can't be corrected.

Desired outcome: Exchange king for queen or refund
