On Nov 17, 08 I spoke with this woman named Gayle who sold me on this Retail, Healthcare and referral pkg for $250 then I received a call from Jack Foster who stated he would be my internet coach for free and all I had to do was pay $10, 000 which he said was for advertising with Casey Consulting, Inc (which is another name they go by)and he would create my web mall "cooLou plaza.com" which is non-existant or if you type www.coolou plaza.com it advertises for lets say "booty calls, etc"not what I ordered. I'm currently in a dispute along w/my CC company about the $10, 000. I have reported these con-artist to the BBB and Attorney generals office here in Ohio. I'm trying to get a class action law suite against this fraudulant company anyone who would like to join me how has become a victim from Millinium MarketingConcepts, Inc/Casey Consulting, Ing/Cornerstone Academy which Diane Lukowski/Ryan Helms aka Brian Anderson and Jack Foster are running the scam. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It sounds like Diana Lukowski and Ryan Helms are still out there scamming people - just new city/state - new business name (CRH Enterprises, LLC- Phoenix, AZ - as of 3/11) but same scam almost to the letter!
I too thought they were going to set up a website for me and I would get a percentage for when anyone clicked on particular web sites. Starting up with $200.00 set up fee and then an investment of $10, 000.00. I thought that my c/c company would help me but they have refused my rebuttal and said I had to go thru' third party that the actually billed my c/c. I contacted them and they 'seemed' to be going to work for me to get it settled and that they were successful in settling with processing center and papers were signed for reversal of charges but it might take up to 3-4 mos.. At this time, I have yet to see charges reversed -so it seems that even tho' they seemed outraged that Ryan Helms would do this- they are involved too.
I have also filed a complaint with my state attorney general office and also with Internet Crime Complaint Center(FBI) but haven't been contacted by them yet.
As I told "Brian Davis" who was 'my coach'- that this had BETTER NOT be a scam because I WOULD hunt them down and see that charges would be filed.
They may be 'on the run' but they can't hide andWILL by God's grace be held accountable for everyone they have ripped off!
