I recently Bought a game on July first of this year from Microsoft however their game is broken and no longer working. July 13th the game stopped working. I was really disappointed as I loved this game. The issue I had specifically with the game Forza Horizon Four was that it would not let me into online mode. After doing some research I have come to find this is a common issue for many including one review I found stating this problem has been happening since December. After countless tries of yt tutorials and reinstalling the game, I have lost all hope and am filing a complaint against them because not only is the game not working but the support for the game is very poor and I've yet to receive any word from the company.
