I need to alert other people because I am a victim of Todd Spenla's brokering. Todd Spenla, Microbanc, New York City is a pathological liar and thief. Todd Spenla currently has four lawsuits against him from 'clients' that paid him a retainer fee to perform. His m.o. is to ask for a retainer fee upfront and promise to deliver executed deals. Beware of Todd Spenla. Do not give your hard-earned money to this common thief. Todd Spenla masquerades as a very successful NY broker, all the wile his "office" is a former garage
in his home. Todd Spenla is nothing but a common golf instructor. He even gives golf instructors a bad name. All you have to do is Google Todd Spenla. Todd Spenla is discredited by many and respected by none. All you will see is lawsuits one after another against him and Microbanc, which is his company. The other 'clients' are trying to get their retainers back, but have not been able to. The only money that Todd Spenla, this disgusting excuse of a human being, has made this past year is those unfulfilled retainers. Save your money, yourself, and a potential headache. Don't do business with this shyster, Todd Spenla.

Todd Spenla - What can be said. A rotten ***, no joke. I had been employed at the same place as he. Let me say. He has done very dishonest things. Talked down, humiliated people. Lied about investments-profits job history, employment, success history and everything in general. Feel free to look up his work or other employment related biz history and all in between!
Go check his companies. he is the reason the usa is in turmoil, as a contributor of course. what honest has he done. NOTHING. there a numerous complaints of him everywhere he has been. why? THE LAW Will RESOLVE This!

Todd Spenla is a scratch golfer, he is also the golf coach at NYU as he donates his time.
Todd Recently had some success with a number of his retained clients and I believe merged his company into Advanced Capital out of San Fransisco and has been successful selling pre IPO shares in a number of companies including Fisker, FaceBOOK, Zenga and Groupon.
I beleive he is involved in a nymber of lifeschience companies where he advised and raised in excess of 14M for one of them. Sounds like the above poster is a scorn jealous person. Dont be a hater, Spenla is a tremendous deal maker, advisor.
There are no complaints against Microbanc or Todd Spenla from any of their current or past clients.
Microbanc has never been sued by any of its clients.
