Michael Hill Watch review: watch band

Hi sorry to complain but I bought a very nice michael hill watchin pickering town center I love so much but I can't wair it anymore because the band is cracked all over and there not making it anymore. The band was lifetime warranty they said when I bought it 10years a go. I would pay for it if I had to. But they say they don't make it anymore. Please I would like this to be resolved. I don't want to be one of those people who are haters of michael hill I think your products are very nice this watch was my first new watch I ever bought I could of saved my money and gone to walmart but I chosed michael hill because I loved the name and the watch at the time now im not to happy. When ever I dressed I always chose your watch but not anymore because it looks like crap and ill never were it all cracked up I was so ashamed to were it and people always said nice things when it looked good.
