Dear Mercure Nantes Centre Passage Pommeraye staff,
We have received a complaint from our mutual customers, Ms. Otriashenkova and Mr. Wouda, related Confirmation numbers: B094ZB9502 & B094ZB9504. They booked a stay at your hotel with an arrival on 10 February and departure 14 February. The guests arrived at your hotel and were told that no valid and active reservation was held in their names.
We have checked any hiccups at our end and found none. There were two confirmed reservations booked. Our logs show no discrepancies. Confirmation numbers B094ZB9502 & B094ZB9504 were returned from your system.
Our mutual customers have been inconvenienced severely. Can you please investigate what happened. The customer is looking for an explanation and apology for the inconvenience.
