Menoli review: Non-existent customer care / possible scam

Please be aware that behind this list of websites:

there are always exactly the same people without a proper registered company in ITALY.

The frontends are a little different but behind, on the backend, there's always the same Slovenian company, so you cannot legally claim if you will face any kind of problem with your purchase.

Customer Care on the phone doesn't exist, there's a registered voice saying that they will call you. Never call back after several trials. Probably they have only one-(wo)man-band doing everything by email for all the websites.

My advice is to stay away from them or to pay only with PAYPAL.
