We (spouse) went to get a quote on windows. I had my mask on. My wife did not. The worker (Said he was the manager) immediately verbally cited her for not wearing a mask and told her to leave the store. I understand that is his right. He was a jerk about how he did it and I said he needed to be more respectful on how he did it. He said he was going to call the police.
The conversation escalated with him following us out of the store literally walking 2 feet away from me. Which I asked him to give me some space. He did not. When I would stop to try to converse with him, he would threaten to call the police. I told him to go ahead and call them I just wanted him to be further from me. Aren't we supposed to social distance too?

Another customer walked by with a mask pulled under his chin. I said "you better pull that mask up or you'll be asked to leave." The manager motioned to him to pull up his mask, but the man didn't. I asked the manager why he wasn't forcing the man out of the store. He said because he wasn't causing problems. I said, but the violation is the same and we weren't causing problems either in the beginning or now. We are just stating our case. I then told him if the other man was allowed to stay in the store without wearing a mask, that was discrimination. He justified his not wearing a mask because he wasn't causing an issue.

To be clear, this manager was out of line from the beginning. He was not polite and I had even seen people in the store before we got to the window section not wearing masks. Some stores require and don't enforce. So we didn't think much about it at first.

We will never purchase from this brand again.

We finished our walk out of the store.

I have my receipt from our 10-18-19 purchase of 402.90.
I sent in our rebate which should be 46.56 on 10-18-19.
Never received it and not showing up on the rebate tracker. We have never had a problem with smaller rebates but would like to know what's going on. Could you please check to see it got misplaced?
