Megan Kathryn Clark (Baxter) review: scam housing/rental and dogs 1

This is a loooong story but I'll make it short. Megan and family rented our home in Claresholm AB under the pretense that it would be purchased by them. Upon recently visiting our house we were shocked to find approximately $60-$80, 000 damage not covered by insurance to Home and abandoned by Megan personally. We also found out after the fact that she had been running a puppy mill and scamming many people with this false business. Her rent was delinquent and obviously the state of our house has left us dumbfounded. Anyone contacted by her for absolutely anything don't believe a word she says. Not a single thing she had told us in two years was true, it was all lies. I was in contact with her actual kin/famiky and they don't even speak to her because of the lies lies lies she fabricates. She is a smooth talker. Warning ⚠️ . Stay away .
