I purchased a controller from www.megamodzplanet.com for my son thinking they have the most options available compared to other sites. My son told me the controller does not work and glitch constantly. Non of the mods worked properly. When I tried to call there was no phone number, and their website was offline. I asked for a refund, and was treated unprofessional. They did not refund my money within their refundable guidelines. I keep trying to get a hold of them and they are not answering. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company so hopefully they will understand my situation. Beware, this is a scam company with no concern to their buyers. This is a typical hit and run situation. Make sure you do your homework on customer reviews, facebook, and youtube account if they have any!.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have bought both a Xbox from MegaModzPlanet and so far, I am pleased with it. I didn't know how to use it because it was my first Xbox, but the team from MegaModzPlanet help me understand how it work, so i am very happy with my new product and in the same time i strongly recommend the store.
I find this review funny! I have bought both a PS3 controller and an Xbox controller from MegaModzPlanet and both work without glitches. I have to wonder if it's your system or game that is glitching out. I don't believe that it is the fault of the controller. If your son is claiming the controller glitches because he's dying that's a skill problem and not a hardware problem. These controllers won't give you infinite life, but they do give you an edge over your competition. If you're not good at games no controller in the world is going to make you better at them!
