I bought the beds in May and have not received them. The e-mails they send to answer a complaint are sent to everyone. The phone number to call keeps ringing or says to go to customer support.
This company is a SCAM. If anyone at Facebook takes the time to read the comments under their ad, they would see just how many people have been scammed out of their money. Medipups should be prosecuted and banned from Meta.

Desired outcome: I would like the beds, as promised.
I bought mine June 2. They assured me several times they didn’t have enough product. I’ve requested ten times they refund my money and they won’t even reply to me now
Same as everyone here. Paid for 2 beds, received double of nothing. Emails, tried calling. Made a complaint with BBB. They never received any response. Someone is enjoying our money. Camen Islands? I hope they step on a stone fish and get a sunburn on their conscience. Thankfully the $39.00 didnt hurt really bad. But the payments to my card are painful. If anyone knows of a way to track these thieves down, keep me informed. My senior helper dog was in need of this bed. Bunch of jerks.

I also ordered two beds in June. Have had several emails back and forth and I finally asked for a refund. Crickets. I filed a complaint with the BBB. We'll see what happens.
Same with all other reviews. This company is a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I purchased two dog beds back in June. No joke, 15 emails and I've also reported to BBB (and they also have not received any response). This is a scam. Do not purchase anything from this company.
8/7/23 We were charged $79.99, We bought 2 beds, we did not receive the beds.
8/21/23 We were charged $9.99, unauthorized charge on our card.
9/22/23 We were charged $39.99, unauthorized charge on our card.
10/20/23 We were charged #39.99, unauthorized charge on our card.
We have asked for our $169.96 to be returned and the order to be canceled.
Still no word on canceling the order or returning our money.
Are they hitting your credit card repeatedly for the single order?
The same thing happened to me ordered in May and as of 10/11/23 still haven’t received or my money back. They are a total scam
I, like all the other customer comments have been scammed also. I purchased in May and have been emailing them every month. Their reply is the same every time. Every time I see a post on Facebook I comment this is a scam. The phone number listed on their advertising would not accept calls and stated to contact them via email. Today when I tried calling it, it stated the number has been disconnected. I pray this company is caught and charged with fraud. They take your money immediately and do not wait until the item is shipped like most other companies. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
Do not buy anything from this company. They are a total scam. In June, I ordered two beds and 39.99 was charged to my credit card. It is now Sept. and still no beds. They have no customer service at all and they send out AI generated responses. So manty complaints with BBB as well This is a horrible company and they should be banned from FB. Medipups is a scam organization and should be stopped.
Placed order 07/18/23 charged my visa $39.90. No order rec’d. Sent multiple email, get the same preprinted email repeating regrets other readers have rec’d . Charged again $9.99 09/01/22 , never ordered .

Ditto for all of the above complaints. Every time I got another advertising email for Medipups dog beds, I'd write to complain. I finally have NOT received any excuses from their "support" area. This company is a total scam. I have not read that Anyone received the PAID for beds. How do you get to someone who will help prosecute this company for bilking everyone out of their money? I ordered on May 22, 2023 and nothing has come.
This company is a scam! I never received the beds bought in May. Called customer service and says voicemail is full! How do I report this scam company?
On June 21st I ordered medipu bed. This money sank was taken out of my bank account ( Bank of Dawson in Dawson Ga. I never received bed nor tracking number. Please help me I pray
Company is a scam. Bought beds 3 months ago.
Sent numerous emails, get same reply back: material comes from China but assembled in the U.S.
Now they stopped replying back. The B.B.B. and a few other Org need to be contacted!
