MDLIVE review: MD live doctor services

If I could give MDLive negative stars, I would. We've used their service multiple times, and each time they’ve refused to prescribe anything beyond nose spray, allergy meds, and OTC symptom relief — despite us already using those daily. They take the copay and move on. Most recently, my husband — clearly suffering and suspecting an ear infection — was dismissed by MDLive. He ended up at urgent care, where he was diagnosed with a severe ear infection and treated with multiple injections, steroids, and antibiotics. When we requested a refund, MDLive told us we should have followed their doctor’s advice. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid MDLive if you’re actually sick.
