MBGRAM – Trany Pan didn't recieve nor refund of 344.93

I Ordered a Transmission Pan On August 14 2022 and on September 5 2022 found out it was back ordered , Requested a refund . I been Emailing every Monday of the week to present and I always get the same reply back, Thank you for the Email it will be 24 hours that our STAFF needs to view it and we will get back with you . I tried to make things right by shipping me out a tire or two, no that didn't happen. I been paying interest on my Credit Card a Product that I didn't recieved and there are lots of folks have the same problem. They should be locked up behind bars. Please help me on this witch has hurt us finanualy.
