MBGRAM review: Failure to ship product or confirm refund.

Placed an order for tires on 10/08/22. Total cost $319.02 USD (order#[protected]). After receiving no confirmation of shipping, I reached out via the (listed on-site - [protected]@mbgram.com) email to inquire about the shipping status and tracking number. I received an automated response acknowledging receipt of my inquiry and shortly afterward, I received an email from "Beatriz" indicating the order is a special order and will be available to ship in 2 weeks. Three weeks later, I received the exact same canned message indicating special order to be shipped in 2 weeks. I called several times [protected]) and no one answers to the number provided on the site. I let the phone stay on hold until it disconnected after the hold music stopped. Multiple times. I believe this is a scam operation.
