I made a tire purchase in Sept 22, 2022 for $1540.41.

ORDER #[protected]. I waited for a couple of weeks and never got any status. So I emailed support and got "these tires were not in stock and are on special order, please allow 2-3 weeks from ship date". So I did. Then reached out. It will be a few more weeks. I could not wait that long and had to get new ones elsewhere. They said I could cancel and get refunded in 5-7 days. On Oct 25th, I received an email that it has been refuned. I have not received refund, cannot get ahold of anyone by phone after waiting on hold for over an hour only to be disconnected each time, my emails get an auto generated response that someone from acct will be in touch with no response ever. They keep saying its done on their end, that accounting will contact me. It is pretty dissappointing for someone to truly scam a hard workin american. I would never steel from anyone. I truly need this money. Please help.

Desired outcome: I would like my full refund in a real bad way. This has cost me to be late on some bills.
