MBGRAM review: Refusal to give refund 1

On July 5th, 2022, my returned AFE drop in air filter was accepted by MBGRAM a performance parts company which normally suggest it will take 7-10 business days to get a full refund. Today is 7/27/22 and I still have no been issues a refund. I emailed customer service since no one answers the phones and spoke to "Beatriz". "Beatriz" requested that I give them a few more days to refund the money, and to check with my bank. No refund has been issues as of today and when I call the company number give, I'm on hold for 20+ minutes then someone hangs the phone up. [protected] is the customer service number.
