Its been 43 days and I'm waiting on an escalated refund since April. It is now May 3rd and I haven't heard from any accountant members or supervisors who'd promised I'd have a refund today! Nothing. Please don't do business here. The item hadn't even left the warehouse yet and I can't get my money! I have been denied talking to supervisors, transferred, hung up on, poor sales team is relying on incompetent supervisors who are leaving them on the front line and cowering behind them! Please do the right thing because if it was your money in limbo, I doubt you all wouldn't just have me "essentially waiting". I've heard allow me 7-10 business days for my ticket to be processed on the refund. Then 3-5 to let the accountant team review. That's 15 days at most triple the time with no results. This is terrible!

Then to be told "I have limited times on chat" is the most unreal thing I have ever heard. This will never happen again! Thank you!

Desired outcome: I NEED MY REFUND

I purchased $8,000 worth of parts with 2 separate orders. I never received anything from this company. They are a scam company. Do not buy from them.

I too have fallen victim to this Scam company. I emailed multiple times to get a status on the product I ordered only to get told it is on back order to which was not said on their website. Once I requested a refund I also keep getting a run around of it is in process, We are forwarding to management, A whole bunch of B.S. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This has went on for 5 months now. I am reporting them to Consumer Complaint Division and I urge everyone else here to do the same.

It shouldn't of have come down to this but I had to dispute the transaction with my banking institution. I ordered the items on 10/3. Canceled my order on 11/15 due the items still being backordered (which I didn't know when I made the order). Over 10 business days later and still no refund. The company has very poor customer service and expects the consumer to do all the leg work to process the refund. Terrible experience.
