MAXCOOL CNC Laser

I purchased a laser cleaning machine from Maxcool Laser a little over a year ago, and at first everything seemed fine. However, shortly after the first year passed, serious problems began — and they have now lasted for more than six months without any proper solution.

During this time, I have replaced a large number of parts, most of which were suggested by their so-called “specialist” Kevin. Unfortunately, Kevin has proven to be completely unprofessional and incompetent — his communication is often rude, and the so-called “repairs” are nothing more than a trial-and-error approach. At this point, I feel that I understand the internal workings of the machine better than their entire technical support team.

The result is that my company suffers significant financial losses every single day because the laser is not operational. I was promised professional support and reliable equipment, but what I received is endless frustration, wasted time, and a machine that still doesn’t work.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Maxcool Laser to think twice. Their after-sales service is extremely poor, and once they have your money, you are on your own.
