Mattress Zone review: Beautyrest Pressure Smart Pillowtop

Bought a Beauty Rest from Mattress Zone Nov. 19, 2023 from John (owner?). The bed was delivered in the afternoon of Nov. 21, 2023. John delivered it on a store van and was set up in one of the room. I noticed that the bed is already sagging and all four corners were crushed like its always been sat on. I mentioned it to John on the spot and was told that it was sagging because of the was it was standing in the cargo van although I saw it was laying on the floor. I just let it pass believing him.

I finally had it when my wife complained that it feels worst than our old bed it was replacing and I agree that a new bed should not feel like that.

You can really tell that the middle portion of the bed is softer than near the corner of the bed.

Also, when we were at the store on Nov. 19, I told John that I want a new bed and not the display. I believe that what they delivered is the display as they are doing the liquidation sale and there is only one such new bed left at the back of the store.
