Match.no review: Not closing account

I joined Match.no on 23 March 2023, and decided to cancel within hours since the fine print stated that my one month membership is going to be automatically renew if I do not cancel within last 48 hours of the membership period.

When I tried to cancel during my first 24 hours, it couldn't be done.

Later I wrote to support to help cancel, I have cancer and been feeling sick; to no avail all they did was ask more questions about my membership though I had sent them the receipt of payment email.

Further request to help cancel my membership resulted in receiving replies with more questions; I can tell that they, Match, was just playing with me.

I have cancelled my credit card in order to Match, not be able to renew automatically the membership.

Match.no, Match.com IS A SCAM.
