I have repeatedly, for months, tried to have someone reinstated after lodging a complaint against them- this person and I had a misunderstanding and I have been trying to rectify this ever since. I get a new person each time I go through your process...only twice have I gotten emails that said they would look into it and never to hear from them again even after repeated replies from me asking for confirmation of their reinstatement. Would be great to get help.
Desired outcome: reinstate this person. Give me the avenue in which to have them reinstated. I've gotten emails that asked for information, I've given it to them repeatedly, and they have still not been reinstated.
