Massage Envy review: fraud/poor management

Ive been a member for almost one year and was satisfied at a NC (Rivergate) location. Recently, relocated to Clermont Fl and what a nightmare. The manager has no people skills, unfriendly, arrogant, rude and just plain NASTY to staff and customer. I was provided inaccurate information by front desk employee, the employee informed manager of the mistake. The manager told me that she is not responsible for inaccurate information and that I should have read the contract. Are you kidding me! Where is the customer service, discussion, problem solving skills! I advise you to not go to this location. I serious wish the number listed on internet for corporate office was valid.
