I am so sick and tired, and i mean sick now with dealing with massage envy of commack. I believe they added to my angina attack. I never had heart problems until i took up with this despicable company. They still have over 500.00 from me and after over 90 days i still can't get it back. They didn't cancel me when i canceled, didn't stop using my credit card unit i closed it out and reopened another, i called the dispute section of my credit card to help get some money back which they did. How does a company still stay in business like this. The therapist are fine and no complaints about them. its the owner, district agent, keeps on telling me she sent the money to my old account turn out she lied about that the number were to my debit account to another bank. They never received anything either. I've been lied too, cheated out of my time and money and my credit cards were used when there were told not too. What do i do now. How do i get my money back. How do i stop stressing over this before it kills me.

They lied about the services and what you can do with a membership there. Nothing was what they said. They charged you more for you services 10.00 for transfer your own account, using your credit cards without authorization. (thank g-d they have a dispute center)

I received a gift card including gratuity to Massage Envy as a Christmas gift. When I called to book the appointment
I was advised a major credit card was needed to guarantee the therapists time. After reading other customers
reviews, I declined to share my credit info. I gave my name, address and telephone number.
I called early the day of my appointment to confirm. After 8:00 a.m. when they are supposed to open. No answer
and no voice mail set up.
I showed up for my appointment only to find it had never been booked. I attempted to make another appointment
for later the same day. Once again, my credit card was required. I requested to speak to a manager as my images
of a relaxing massage melted away and was replaced by the ice storm I had navigated that morning to make sure
I did not waste the therapist's time. Melinda, manager not available but lady at desk said she would give her a call.
After she spoke with Melinda, this lady informed me Melinda would not speak to me by telephone since she was
not at work yet, but in route. I could wait 20-30 minutes for her arrival.
It was a very unpleasant encounter. I would not visit this SPA? if it were free. No one felt an apology was needed.
No one could tell me why they had not telephoned me to let me know not to waste my time.
I can't say that I had not been warned. My regular massage therapist cautioned me to leave my checkbook and
credit cards at home! Beyond poor customer service, lack of disclosure of additional fees, insistence on a customer's
credit card on file indicates intentional fraudulent business practices. I WILL tell my friend who purchased this
gift card she should demand a refund.
