Overcharged for hotel stay, required numerous phone calls to receive a refund. The full amount was not refunded. No apology, no follow up, refused to disclose General Manager's name, the corporate customer service was so frustrating it bordered on deliberate condescension. I was told even if escalated, the response would be the same. This is bad advertising for a hospitality business. I'm a senior and we should not be taken advantage of and treated in this manner.
