I agree with what others have said about Marine Part Depot. It's best to use your credit card when making purchases from this site. That way, if something goes wrong and you don't receive your merchandise, you'll only be liable for up to $50. I've spent a few hundred dollars with this company and unfortunately, I've had to claim refunds for about half of the items I've ordered. It's frustrating to not receive what you paid for, but at least with a credit card, you have some protection.

One thing I've noticed is that Marine Part Depot doesn't offer a Pay-Pal option on their site. I'm not sure why, but it does make me a bit wary. It's always nice to have multiple payment options, especially when dealing with a company you're not familiar with.

I gotta say, I was pretty shocked when I saw all the negative reviews for Marine Part Depot. But let me tell you, my experience was nothing but positive. I snagged myself four 10" stainless cleats and two 6" stainless bow chocks from these guys, and let me tell you, the price was right and the quality was top-notch.

Our company was in dire need of a specific style of drain and we were lucky enough to stumble upon Marine Part Depot's website. We were ecstatic to find what we needed, but unfortunately, the part we received was mislabeled and turned out to be the wrong size. However, we were in a bind and decided to modify what we had been using for years to fit this drain.

Despite this initial setback, we decided to give MPD another chance and placed another order. We paid for our order, but to our dismay, we never received any confirmation. We were left in the dark and had no idea what was going on with our order. Frustrated and desperate for parts, we decided to order through Amazon as a last resort. However, even with Amazon, we were informed that the shipping date had been delayed, leaving us unsure if we would ever receive our parts.

To make matters worse, MPD has been unresponsive to our emails and calls. It's been a nightmare trying to get in touch with them and we've been left feeling like we're just another customer they don't care about. We strongly advise others to avoid this company as they have been a major pain in the a*** to deal with.

This place is not good. When you order from their website, they send you an email saying your order is confirmed and your PayPal gets charged. But that's it. You won't get anything from them after that. I ordered almost $400 worth of whaler stainless items, but I never got them. I sent them many emails, but they never replied. And you can't even call them because they don't answer the phone. This is a total scam. The FBI should investigate them for interstate wire fraud. You should stay away from this place. I had to file a claim with Visa, and thankfully, Visa reversed the charges. Their website is just there to take your money. It's a total scam. This fraudulent commerce site needs to be taken down.

I've been a loyal customer of Marine Parts Depot for the past 5 years or so, and I must say that I've had a pretty good experience overall. I've made over 20 purchases from them during this time, and I've never had any issues until a few months ago. I've tried calling them multiple times, but all I get is a voicemail message saying "Mail Box is full - goodbye." I've also sent them 3 emails, but I haven't received any response.

It's been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order, and I'm starting to get frustrated. I've decided that if I don't hear back from them soon, I'll have to dispute the charges via my credit card. It's a shame because they offer good products at a fair price, but their customer service is really crappy.

I ordered some stainless rail fittings from Marine Part Depot on November 27th and received them on December 24th. The website said that the shipping would take 3 days with priority mail. The only negative thing about my experience was the delay in shipment. It was a bit confusing because my order was charged on November 30th and I was given a USPS tracking number at that time. However, the parts were not actually delivered to the shipper until December 20th. But, they were sent 3 day priority mail as originally stated.

Despite the delay, the parts I received were of high quality and the price was up to 50% lower than competitors. Plus, the shipping was free! So, if you're not in a hurry, it's a great deal. But if you need your parts fast, don't count on it! I assume it's a matter of what's in stock (if anything) and what has to wait to arrive by the slow boat from China.

I wasn't in any hurry, so I was quite happy with my purchase. I guess you save your money and take your chances. Overall, I would recommend Marine Part Depot for their quality products and affordable prices. Just be prepared for a possible delay in shipping.

I made an order on October 31st for 2 double cup stainless steel holders with base from Marine Part Depot. Unfortunately, I only received one of the holders. I tried to reach out to the vendor, but their voicemail was always full, and I didn't receive any response to my three emails. I was so frustrated that I decided to drive 1.5 hours to the vendor's address, only to find out that it was just a PO Box!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Marine Part Depot. I paid $95 for two holders, but I only received one. I don't know what happened to the other holder, and I couldn't get any answers from the vendor. I feel like I have been scammed.

Steve Liu is the owner of Marine Part Depot, also known as Turqois Inc. I don't know if this is a legitimate business or a scam. All I know is that I didn't get what I paid for, and I had to contact my credit card company to get a refund for the missing item.

Overall, I would not recommend Marine Part Depot to anyone. Their customer service is non-existent, and their business practices are questionable. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable vendor for your marine parts needs.

I ordered four stainless steel lift rings on June 1st, 2021 Order confirmation number yhst-[protected]-113675 At the time of order, it showed everything in stock. They were quick to charge my visa. My order has never been received and when you try to contact them with the number provided, you only ever get an answer machine saying the message book is full, no surprise! I'm only glad I didn't order more. No place to check or leave a review. I should have known.

Ordered $140.00 worth of parts on 10/11/19. on 10/12/19 received notification from stamps.com that a shipping label had been produced and I should receive product in 3 days. It is now 10/25/19 and checking the USPS tracking it has STILL not been shipped. I have emailed both addresses and made numerus calls (most of the time the mailbox is full) but was able to leave a voicemail on the 23rd.
Today is the 25 and STILL NOTHING ! Just called AMEX to stop payment

This company accepted my order via website. They instantly accept credit card.
They then send an email with a USPS tracking number but do not ship the item(s).
Running the tracking number via USPS website, it states a shipping label was created and awaiting item. Days become weeks and the item never ships. Numerous attempts to phone and email the company, but absolutely no reply or response whatsoever.
Several hundred dollars have been taken from my account and I did not receive my items as agreed. This should be a felony and charges should be filed.

I recently ordered several parts from the website. Nothing showed up. I received a text from an individual who said they showed up at his house in another state. I have tried repeatedly to email and call the company. No answer/No response. If you don't believe me PLEASE try to call them before you make an order. No one will answer! Still no resolution. Terrible company ethics.

I ordered several parts on 05/01/2018 ($46.68) from Marine Part Depot, order number [protected]-101931 with the correct billing and shipping address. I have not received any communication from Marine Part Depot, except a email on 05/08/2018 that a shipment details for my parts with the USPS. The tracking number is 940551169900744557047, which I have tracked and per the instructions it has not been submitted into the USPS. I have called several times and left a x3 voice mails. Most of the time when I call the voicemail box is full and cannot accept and phone calls. I have left a email and again no response. I was up in the area, and I tried to locate Marine Part Depot and I could not find the location, per my iPhone apple maps. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and no parts being delivered.

Good product selection and prices on their website, but appears to be a fraudulent website that takes orders and promptly processes charges but never ships the item(s). They fake you out by sending a USPS shipping number, but it is a pre-shipment notification only, and they do not subsequently ship. Does not respond to email or phone calls. Do not waste your time or money on these theives. Reported for fraud with CC company.

On placing order on line Aug 20/17, I have not received order as of today Sept 18/18 Have phone, e-mailed many times to check on order and no reply. My credit card has been charged for material ordered. An e-mail or return phone call would be appreciated to advised details on order, As to the other complaints I have read today re "Marine Parts Depot" its seems that they are a company to stay away from as very poor in customer service

Stay as far as possible from the company www.marinepartdepot.com. I have ordered boat parts from them, but all of them were wrong and wasn’t what I ordered from them. I called them, but there was only machine voice. I left messages, but no one called me back. I tried again couple of days ago, but the mail box was full and it was really impossible to contact the seller. Any ideas what to do next?

I ordered different parts for my house from the company Marine Part Depot/ Turquois Inc. All parts were defective or broken, so I returned the order back. The seller promised to return my money back, but it was lie and fake excuses. He never replied to my emails and phone calls, so I still haven’t received my money back. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
