Marcy Vance is now charging more for her puppies in her puppy mill kennel in NC. Reason why is because she is paying her friend to let her take the puppies and the parents to her house with helping her bathe them and do all the pictures and photographs there so it looks like you are buying a quality dog from her with the environment that the pics show in them when in fact NOT. She honestly is in fact the biggest nastiest Puppy Mill that you have ever seen in North Carolina. She used to charge $1500.00 per puppy now she is charging $2500.00 so she can give her friend $1000.00 each puppy in letting her use her home and place in selling her puppies. Watch out everybody. She is a Puppy Mill Scam!
