Marcus D Gutsch is a threat and a troublemaker around good tenants, because he plays rap music real loud, He damages and destroys apartment property! Everytime when a good tenant reports him to the apartment manager at Team Management, He goes up in that persons face and talk stuff to them about them snitching on him! In 2018, When Marcus and Princinetta M. Thurman got into an argument, Marcus tried to punch Princinetta in her face, but she ducked to avoid getting hit and He hit and broke the glass window on the 2nd floor hallway door, His hand started bleeding and dripping with blood on the floor, front porch and the sidewalks. The Milwaukee Police, Fire Department came to Kilbourn Commons, Princinetta started crying and telling the police what happened.Marcus got a cast put on his right hand, One night at 11:30 pm Princinetta won't let Marcus in her apartment, He kicked in her door, She called the police and He his hands on her, She started screaming and hollering! Milwaukee Police came to the building Princinetta told the police what Marcus did, Marcus lied and started denying about putting his hands on her and kicking in her door. The police looked and checked her broken door.The police arrested Marcus and took him downtown to the Milwaukee County Jail. After that Princinetta filed a protective order or restraining order on Marcus D. Gutsch. Do not rent no apartments to Marcus D.Gutsch in the future, because he will do the same thing in the other apartment buildings!
