Maple Ridge Dodge review: The service for my 2015 dodge journey

In july 2022 I had started an icbc claim because rodents chewed through wiring. I took it to maple ridge dodge thinking the dealership would know their own make and model best. Fast forward to november 2022. Still my car is there. At dodge. Icbc gave the ok weeks ago to do all the work and I call to find out whats going on and they will not even return my calls now. Im so polite too. I have been left with out a vehicle. I live in a rural area and they have 3 courtesy vehicles… but hace they lent me one? No. I lost my employnent. I just want my car. Even icbc cant believe them. I am out thousands of dollars and all I was supposed to pay is a deductible. They dont care at all that they gave had my car in their shop for half a year. Im sick about it. They keep telling ne dates when I finakly get a call back, but the dates have cone and gone and now I dont even get my calls answered.
