This is an attempt to receive my funds from a closed account. I am a self - employed person and I don't have a 9 to 5 job and I have wire transfers or deposits made to my account maybe once a week or 2 to 3 times a month. Whever the money is put into my suntrust account... I think it was at least 3 or 4 times. I withdrew the money out and I use it for what I need it for. Well suntrust placed a hold on the account (without notice) and said that it was under investigation because of abnormal activity. The way I found out was that I was checking to see if a wire tranfer had cleared the account and it had but that's when the hold was placed on the account and my online access was denied, which was later that day. As a customer I understand that suntrust still have the responsibility to make sure there aren't any fraudulent activity taking place. But there was nothing professionally done with contacting the customer which is me. They told me that I had to wait 2 weeks to hear something from them. Well, if they didn't notify me of the hold... They weren't going to notify me of their decision. Understand they kept sending me emails as if the account was available to me when it wasn't. I called them this morning 10/29/2018 and I was told by the rep that they decided to close the account permanently and they would mail out a letter... Then she proceeded to tell me that I had to wait 3 months to receive my funds because they had to verify it... It was a wore transfer... It takes 2 to 3 days to confirm the funds... The funds was already verified and put into the account... Why would I have to wait again. Again this is my attempt to get my funds that were put into my account. I am also going to seek legal assistance because I am a self - employed person and I need my money. Legally once the account is closed the funds have to be sent by check to the account holder... Not 3 months later. I am keeping track of all contact with suntrust and this correspondence being sent to you all to resolve the issue before seeking legal assistance to receive my funds. Thank you.

This person is now operating under a new namw called owen thompson.
Need to know what legal action was taken and if you got the money owed to you. Cuz this person owes me 2300 dollars. Cuz that is what they over drew my account.
