Maletube4free is a gay porn site. It requires a credit card to verify age. I changed my mind and exited the site by hitting the red X. The site captured my credit card info and processed it as if I had accepted! I now have to battle my credit card company to try to prove I did not order a subscription to the site. Also, I was not able to access the site I was charged for.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The complaint is justified. Why shouldn't Gordon be "looking at that crap to begin with"? It's legal, he's not intruding on anyone else's privacy. If you have a problem with porn, or maybe gay porn, too bad. Nobody's making you look at it. Regardless, it's an unauthorized charge which we all know many less then forthcoming websites practice in, and so it's illegal.
Gordon, my advice...fight. I've been there, and I've won. A bit of advice. Whenever I'm doing any transactions online other than my regular monthly bills, I always take snippet's, or screenshots, of every page in any given transaction and save it. Plus, if it wasn't even a completed transaction, threaten the credit card company with taking your business elsewhere...trust me, they do listen.

You shouldn't be looking at that crap to begin with.
