I am Ian Fannin customer number [protected]. Unit purchased 22/09/2022. Box was not sealed but we were assured by the salesman that unit was under full warranty/guarantee.
Unit stopped working all together and was taken to makro Germiston on 03/07/2023. ASSESSMENT NOTE NO 2851375.
Returned 26/08/2023 with comment on box"Replaced electronics Box"
Unit worked for approximately 2 hours before stopping.
Returned the unit to Germiston on 19/09/2023 with a request that we receive a refund as we did not have confidence in the unit.
Unit was received on 02/10/2023. Makro advised that the unit had been replaced with a new unit. When we examined the box, it stated that it had been replaced with a working unit.
We were not happy with this outcome and declined to accept the unit.
They sent it back to the suppliers again and it has been returned again.
in view of the history of the unit, we are not comfortable with accepting it back, as there is now no guarantee on it and the chances form previous history, are good that it will fail again, hence the request for a refund are a genuine new unit.
Desired outcome: Replacement with a full new unit or a refund.
