Dear Sir,

This is Anil Sammangi resident from Visakhapatnam.I filed my case in Visakhapatnam for Conjugal Rights of my wife Mrs.Manorama Sammangi and thereafter the respondent approached to High court to Transfer the case to Ranga Reddy District Court .The High Court pasted the stay not to appear in the Visakhapatnam court for respondent and waiting the transfer to Ranga Reddy District Court being a lady the respondent is a Resident of Hyderabad of Bandlaguda.In the Meanwhile I contacted Lawyers on online on phone then, Mr.P.Y.Rayudu responded to me to deal my case then I forwarded my Petition to Mr.P.Y.Rayudu on 06-August-2015 by my email which I filed at Family Court Visakhapatnam to Mr.P.Y.Rayudu to oppose the case to transfer to Ranga Reddy and retain at Visakhapatnam explained my problems

Then I started at Visakhapatnam on 09-August-2015 and arrived at Hyderabad on 10-August-2015 and same day I approached Mr P.Y, .Rayudu at his office address below.

with my parents regarding my family matter, explained him the case and given vakalat and requested him to file the counter after that he asked me Rs.20, 000.The amount of Rs.20, 000 is a bigger amount and it is not in my hand and then I borrowed the amount from my parents of account from State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur joint account and drawn from SBI ATM Machine from Vasavi Colony Branch nearest to Mr.P.Y.Rayudu house and paid to Mr.P.Y.Rayudu(Advocate) at his house on the same day i.e; on 10-August-2015 for defend my case to retain at Visakhapatnam.

After that On Aug 12 Mr.P.Y.Rayudu has sent counter to my email id and the same day I went to his office and I signed counter and promised me the counter will be filed on next day. I came back to Visakhapatnam on 17-August-2015 after that Iam checking from online and checking the case status on the online and observed that the stay given by high court has been stay at Visakhapatnam disposed on 19-08-2015 but transferred the case is not updated and immediately contacted on phone Mr.P.Y.Rayudu he replied that only the stay is cancelled and the transfer of the case is still existing on the High Court for announcement and judgement basing on counter filed by him.Suddenly when I open my computer to check the status of my case with respective URL shows online http://hc.tap.nic.in/csis/MainInfo.jsp?mtype=TRCMP&mno=406&year=2015.

suddenly I have seen the order on the computer on 02-Sep-2015 the case is transferred to Rangareddy district court stating that I have not opposed the case by filing the counter vide PARA-II of order issued by high court eventhough the copy of order is also enclosed for your perusal .This means the advocate not filed the counter and cheated me after taking the amount Rs, 20, 000 by cash personally.

After I seen the disposal of case I contacted Mr.P.Y.Rayudu by phone then I requested him to return back my money since he is not filed the counter and not defended my case, Being Iam away from Hyderabad being resident of Visakhapatnam.and also he threatened me to make the complaint against cyber case by sending sms to my mobile against me from his second mobile no-[protected].

After disposed the case I called Mr.P.Y.Rayudu(Advocate) why u cheated me he said simply sorry eventhough taking of an amount Rs.20, 000 in cash. Today i.e; on 03-Sep -2015 I called him in the morning to return my money back since he is not opposed the transfer of the case to Rangareddy District court

In view of the contents explained above I request you take message action on the advocate and not to occur this situation of other clients further.and also I request once again to take action for the cancellation his license from bar councel and put him in the blacklist.
