LVI Thermosoft Heaters: Completely Ineffective and Frustrating App - A Disappointing Experience
We recently got 7 LVI Thermosoft heaters installed in our house about 2 months ago. We were pretty excited about it and even provided the house plans to the installation team. We also made sure to let them know that our house has cathedral ceilings. However, after 2 months of using these heaters, we have come to the conclusion that they are completely ineffective in heating any part of our house. It's been a real bummer for us, as we were hoping to have a cozy and warm home during the colder months.
We've tried other forms of heating like RCAC and ducted heating, but unfortunately, they cannot be installed due to the age and design of our house. As a result, we had to resort to installing a wood heater. We've now permanently turned off most of the LVI Thermosoft heaters as the cost of running them is just too high. It's really disappointing that we spent so much money on these heaters, only to have them be completely useless.
If you're looking for a heater that will only increase your electricity bill to astronomical levels, but do nothing to heat your home, then the LVI Thermosoft heaters are for you. They are absolutely useless and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
To make matters worse, the app provided with the heaters is incredibly frustrating to use. In order to get synchronization, we've had to enter changes up to 4 times. It's just not worth the hassle. Overall, we're really disappointed with our experience with LVI Thermosoft and would not recommend them to anyone looking for an effective heating solution.
