Luxury008 review: Product misdelivered have proof seller not willing to help

I purchased an item 09/15/2020 was shipped, supposedly delivered to my house 09/24/2020, was delivered to wrong address through fedex. I immediately contacted fedex and seller, seller has been unwilling to help me resolve this. I have asked them numerous times to file a claim on fedex.com, this is what fedex has told me to do every time I call there. Seller ask for proof that I do not have possession of the item, I receive an email from the fedex operations manager stating the whole situation, send it to seller stating here is my proof and they are still giving me the run around. I have a dispute opened here on dhgate and the seller is still giving me a hard time on this matter... I have proof that the package is gone, this is fedex fault yes... But the seller has to make a claim through fedex on my behalf and they will not! I have never ever had such a negative experience in my life. This could have all been avoided days ago. This is 2 weeks today that this nightmare has started. Terrible customer service. All I want is a refund. Very disappointed in this whole situation.
