I have alopecia and in Feb. I ordered 3 products from this company. There were not as advertised, questionable if human hair, and poor quality.
I immediately tried to contact customer service by email for a return address per chat line/website process. Email came back undeliverable and now am doubtful that this is a US based company. [protected]@luvmehair.com does not work neither does the phone number.
