Lumino Solar review: Solar panel/the panel aren't producing enough energy to support my home.

Lumio solar scammed me into purchasing solar panels from their company. They told me that the panels would pay for my monthly electricity bill which means I only pay for my panels and not my electric company, not true. They told me that after 18 months, I could receive $18,000 or allow it to go towards my loan. Well, I didn't have a choice because I receive a call from GoodLeap stating that my bill has increased from $197 to $268.69! I paid Rhythm Energy $349.62 and $197 for the panels. Now I'm paying a high monthly electric bill, and for the solar panels, and not getting any HELP from Lumino Solar Company. At this point, I don't know how to approach the issue because Darko [protected]) the sales rep that I worked with has left the country. Any help would be appreciated.
