Lumico Life Insurance Company review: Incompetent

My brother had a policy with them and recent passed away.
Most insurance companies comply with the funeral homes request.
This company asked for a lot of information the funeral director gave & faxed to them.
Over a month later when the funeral called to follow up, was then told, they couldn’t give them any information without the beneficiary being present at the time of the phone call.

So I was present for tge phone call only to be told very rudely that the policy was cancelled 6 months prior.
It would have been helpful to go ahead and tell the funeral home the information needed at the first or second call because they had the death certificate that had all the information I provided them as well.
