I am appalled at the delivery time of ordered products straight from the company. I ordered products directly from this company beginning of February, and have yet to receive them! I have paid for the products and no end in site, when I will get them. The response is automatic when I reached out to thecompany! "Pleaae be patient with us."

I never ever have ordered a product and not receive it; in max a week! I am appalled and don't trust the product now, considering it's taking this long to get. Matter of fact, I don't even know if I'll ever get. Absolutely ridiculous!

This business has extremely serious issues fulfilling any and all orders. While their product is good, it takes over a month to get anything that is ordered from them. What's more, the "customer service" response is weak at best. They respond that they understand and are working on the order. Well, clearly they don't understand and are working on nothing. I find it hard to believe that this business gets an A rating from ComplaintsBoard.com considering all the problems that they have with orders and customer service. Someone needs to look into this and get their issues with customer communication and order fulfillment resolved.

I am disappointed in the delivery experience with goli. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my shipment. When I purchased this item, I was told 5-7 days. They then send you an email after you order that they cannot fill your order in a timely manner. I wouldn't advertise something you cant delivery upon. I have ordered this product twice and both times goli did this too me. If you know your backed up and can't supply the orders on time, I recommend that you don't advertise this way. I do like the product, but do not agree with the shipping issues goli has. Makes it difficult to keep taking the product regularly.

Very pleased with my experience with this company! They were incredibly responsive to all of my questions via email and the company kept me updated on the status of my order very frequently. I know they're crazy busy with orders and given the pandemic I can't imagine that's easy, but they still answered right away when I had a question! The customer service agent I dealt with was really kind as well and really did more for me than I expected! Great customer service like this really goes a long way to me these days. I hope they continue to do well and wish them the best with their business! They've got a repeat customer for life with me!

after taking my money and saying my order was covered I received several emails stating that I should contact Goli if I hadn't gotten my tracking number in 5-7 days. I waited 5 working days (not holidays and weekends - working days) and got the complete run around so I requested twice for my order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded and instead of a cancellation notice I suddenly got notification that the order was sent. I don't want it anymore and will never buy from them again because integrity counts in business. There is no making up for this and from reading other reviews and their rating this is nothing new for them. So dissappointed.

Ever since I have added Goli to my daily routine I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall daily well being. It has helped me tremendously with bloating caused by women's health issues that I have and I cannot be more thankful to finally have some relief! and to do it naturally is even better! Major bonus points for curbing my hunger throughout the day and remedying my sweet tooth. They are SO delicious. :)

The online ordering process is very easy! Not to mention the customer service was amazing! They were so quick to respond and help me with my inquiries! I wish all customer service reps were this great!

I made an order On the Goli website August 30th. They sent me a first email saying they are doing what they can to get my order out ASAP. The next email said my order will be shipping soon they said in 3 days I'll receive a tracking number. Waited 3 days no tracking number. 4xs they sent me an email with discounts after emailing them 4xs before asking about my package. I have seen comments people received there's yesterday some the day before. I honestly don't think those are real people reviews. No more discounts. Me buying from this company for the VERY first time I'd have to say this experience is a bad also disappointing one. Amazon does a better job at delivering then anything else. But I made a wrong decision to order from Goli.

I placed an order on February 26th. Ad I replied to said my order would be shipped in 5-7 days. Did not receive it but, my payment was received. I emailed and got the standard message that everyone else did. We have received a large amount of orders, blah, blah, blah. We will be getting it out as soon as possible. Again did not receive it. I emailed again. This time was told that my order would DEFINITELY be shipped by or sooner than the 18th and I would receive an email with the tracking number then. I was told they would give me a 20% refund. Well, it is now the 22nd and there has been no email with a tracking number. Why only a 20% refund? If you can't fulfill your orders stop taking the money. I either want the product shipped to me NOW or my complete amount refunded to me.

I made a purchase earlier today, March 03. After placing an order and paying $19.00, I changed my mind because I know in myself that I won't be needing it for now so I emailed them to ask for a refund since I know it's still not ready and I just purchased it. First, I got a robotic/auto-reply saying that a representative will attend to my problem because they've been flooded with inquiries due to opening. So I tried again and again, it's been hours and still, no one attended to my email. I want my money back. Yes, it's not much but I changed my mind about the product I haven't received yet. It's my right to get the money I paid, right? Especially if I didn't get and want the product anymore. It's not even been shipped. Up till now no proper response from their customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS. This is my second purchase. I ordered through an Instagram link advertising 30% off. When it was time to check out, there was nowhere to enter the promotional code. Stupidly assuming it was built in, I entered my credit card info and made my purchase. What should have been a $62 transaction ended up as at $89! No discount whatsoever. I went back to Instagram to try to find the ad pitching 30% off and it was gone. The response from GOLI has been insufficient. They want ME to give THEM their coupon code, as if they don't have their marketing information! If and when the box arrives, I am returning it. If I don't get my money back, I'll take them to small claims court. Other people seem to be getting a response, so I thought I would start here.

I made a purchase on the 25th of February and made sure the company knew on multiple occasions that if they could NOT have the product delivered to the address provided to me by the 11th of March to please refund me my money. As I will no longer be residing in the state after this date. And furthermore will not be responsible for anything delivered after that date. I've not only given them my p.o.c., I've also made multiple attempts to contact them regarding this matter only to get a voice over redirecting me BACK to the computer generated emails to which they so disrespectfully continue to reply to me with every single time I request to speak with an actual human being. All I want is my money back. The whole $254. I've been requesting it for about a week in a half now. Please stop playing before you find yourselves with a lawsuit on your hands. To which I have NO problem filing.

It's their customer service i'm reviewing , the product itself is amazing but the customer service is POOR, i'm their valued customer and normally upon purchased after 2 days you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so after 2 weeks i still didn't receive any tracking number that's why i emailed them but it was an automated reply they sent me without dealing straight into my inquiry, i emailed them again and same reply, very frustrating as much as i love their product their customer service really will put them down, i purchased 24th of July it's August 10 now up to now i haven't receive any shipping details nor answering my email what's the reason behind. I'm from Australia and i even called their contact number but like with their email no real person will answer you, Goli your product is amazing and i'd love it but your Customer Service please step up, it doesn't mean you're product is in demand you'll be treating your customer poorly.

So frustrated with this company. Immediately after placing my order I get a "please be patient with us" email basically absolving them of accountability to deliver the product in a reasonable time, and blaming it vaguely on "current conditions." I waited a week in good faith with no shipping email provided, so reached out and asked for either a) confirmation of the delivery date, b) confirmation that the product was out of stock or c) refund my money. #crickets. Finally got someone to answer me on Facebook, who "escalated" my request, and got an email from an agent letting me know that my order was indeed received, that they had no idea when it would ship, but assured me that the wait would be worth it. Lots of happy buzz words like patience, worth it, concerned, etc. but completely ignored my request for a refund. I reach out to the FC agent again, and basically, they were like, "our agent already emailed you, so we're done here." (of course in happy positive words that have the empathy of a robot.) Seriously? Just give me my money back...

I placed my order on May 31. It took several emails but my order finally shipped on June 15th. As of today, July 11th I still have never received the order. I emailed 5 seperate times inquiring about the status of my order. Each time I received nothing more than a rehearsed automated response. I requested that a supervisor or Manager get involved and was told that they would advised them but there was no guarantee I would receive a return call or email. Every email I sent them I received a response from a different name. The Goli website does not list an address for their corporate headquarters or any of the companies officers. After the 5th email I requested a refund and told them I no longer wanted their product and I am still waiting for a response from a Supervisor or Manager. This is a horrible company, with horrible customer service who doesn't care enough to ensure customer concerns are looked after. All you get is sorry due to COVID things are delayed. Not acceptable. Will also file a complaint about them with the ComplaintsBoard.com and with the City of Santa Monica.

After receiving a confirmation of my order the same day + an email four days laters (1/20), assuring me my order was covered. The company (namely Mary), then turns around to send a totally rubbish email 8 days later to inform me they're thrilled I want to purchase their Ashwa. But due to unprecedented demands they're sold out. However I can pre-order the item...even though they have no idea when it'll be back in stock. I responded back w/ a screenshot of my order. Mary (the rep) is yet to respond back. Additionally, I did let her know her email was full of utter rubbishy!

I've now had to reach out to Afterpay (to file a dispute) against this company. How can I be paying for an item that's not guaranteed? I did place an order early last year for their ACV gummies. Though there was an issue with the delivery; the company was responsive + apologetic. They even replaced my item. However, they no longer respond to correspondence(s). And... should you leave a negative comment and/or ask about your order status on their social media page (FB & IG). They not only ignore + delete your comments. They also block their customers! Someone should file a class-action suit against this unscrupulous company. No ethics whatsoever! I'm also plan on filing a comma against Goli Nutrition, with the Dept of Consumer Protection! Unbelievable!

I returned my order of multiple Goli products , my order came to $62.59. I returned the items because of the overwhelming amount of sugar that you have put into your products. I am diabetic and for me to use the products, I would have to adjust the rest of my diet to accommodate the uptake of carbs. What a disappointment. Why don't you leave you wonderful ingredients alone and have a natural taste not the over produced one? I have proof that my order was received by your company on 6-26-23. Order never shipped 11 days post being charged. Due to the delay, asking for a refund or need to change the shipping address. No response. I placed an order on July 11th for these Goli Gummies with the advertisement saying ready for shipment. Order still not shipped out on July 22nd. An email was sent saying that the order was being processed and if I did not receive a tracking number within 3 days to please contact them. I never received a tracking number so I contacted them 5 days later. I asked them to either have my shipping address changed (for safety reasons) or to obtain a refund. I was only told that shipping is delayed due to the pandemic, which is fine, but please acknowledge that you will change the shipping address or issue me a refund. I attempted to contact them 2 more times asking for the above with no response back from them at all. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service response and worrying that my order will be shipped to the initial address where nobody will be there to receive it. I placed an order for a 3 month supply of their apple cider gummies on October 5th and have not received them after 20 days. I paced an order for a 3 month supply of the gummies using the app afterpay on October 5th and I waited about 2 weeks on about October 22nd to find out about my order but after emailing this company 2 times there was no response.I emailed them again and they sent me an email saying that they shipped my order on October 17th but the tracking number they sent me is bogus it said that they have not received my order .I even tried to call their 1 *** number but when a customer calls that number it tells customer to email them with any problems. This company is giving me the run around. They lack customer service. tried to cancel order before it processed and shipped and they never responded and charged my credit card anyway. Don't want it...Want full refund! I placed and order online with *** on 3/2. I was trying to order 2 bottles of vitamins and in the middle of processing my order, a buy 2 get 1 free deal popped up so I selected it thinking it was *** to take me back to the screen to confirm my order instead I received a confirmation and I was charged for 2 separate orders at *** each. I immediately called and emailed the company and have not received a response or call. I left a voicemail message still no response. I received an email today stating my order would be delayed so I tried emailing and calling again. I didn't receive a response regarding the cancellation. Within minutes I received an email saying my order has been shipped! How when it was just delayed? This company has poor customer service and business practices. I don't want any of the products and I want a full refund. I tried contacting *** to have the delivery stopped or canceled I was told I would have to refuse the package with *** whenever it's delivered. I should not have to go through all of this when I attempted to cancel the order. This company should be investigated for deceptive business practices and very poor customer service. I made an initial purchase for 2 bottles and I was charged for 5 bottles. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded. I placed an order on January 29. I purchased 1 bottle of apple cider vinegar gummies and 1 bottle of *** gummies which came to a total of *** After I submitted my order an add popped up to add 3 more bottles of apple cider vinegar gummies which I declined. Shortly after that I get a confirmation for my initial order and an order I did not confirm. I did not authorize an additional purchase of *** I immediately emailed their customer support advising that this was an error and I would like it canceled and refunded. I also called the customer service line and heard a recording that says they are running behind due to covid and to email for support. On February 2 I get an email that both of my orders have shipped. I have not received a response from my request at this point. I send a f/u email asking why my order was shipped out without my email being acknowledged. I got a response on February 3 saying it's already shipped and they cannot cancel or refund it. I would have to send the package back once received and include a tracking number . They did not include a return label so I will also have to pay for return shipping because of their mistake. This is a huge inconvenience that I believe should have been handled differently.

I am having issues with delivery of product from a Goli order. I placed an order with Goli Nutrition at the end of September. Approximately a week after I placed my order I received an email saying that Goli was having some minor delays in fulfillment of orders, but working on my order. Despite several contacts to their customer service they cannot tell me when my order will be shipping and have no dates that they will provide at all. They just keep offering up discounts for future orders. That makes absolutely no sense because they can't even fulfill the current order I placed. When I let them know that I am moving to a new home on October 24th and am concerned about my order being received before then, their response was that I should contact my Post Office and make sure that they took care of forwarding. Its not a matter of that. The issue is that Goli can't fulfill ANY orders and communication is poor and not helpful at best. They are content to take my money but don't follow-through with orders being shipped. They even told me to contact them if I didn't get a tracking code in 5 days, so I did contact them. Their response? "We're working on it and assure you your order will be sent as soon as we can". Really? That's completely unacceptable. I can't believe that I'm the only one that has had issues with them. Someone really needs to look into this company and get this resolved.

I am receiving emails stating that the gummies are in stock while being told by customer service reps that my order hasn't shipped because they aren't I placed my order on 01/18 on 02/02 I received an email stating that my order shipped, however the shipping status never changed. When I checked with the carrier they said that it was returned to the sender because it was given to them with an incomplete address. Goli never contacted me to let me know this or to resend my order. After sending numerous emails to their customer service email, goli contacted me on 02/18. My order was resent on 02/19. Every day since then, I have received an email stating that the gummies are in stock, encouraging me to order now while on 02/20 I received an email stating that my replacement order was delayed due to the gummies being out of stock...I literally also received an email that they were in stock on 02/20. I emailed the customer service person that reprocessed the order asking for the status of my order and I was told that they were out of stock... again I've received emails daily stating that they are in stock so I sent screen shots of this to the rep and asked for a refund on my order as I do not care to wait even longer for this and think it's a shady business practice to lie to customers. Either the emails stating that they are in stock and that I should order now are a lie or they are lying to me when they are saying that they are out of stock. Either way the rep stopped replying to my emails after I requested a full refund.

Order taking too long to ship. It's been 22 days and no update from this company. I placed an order for a 6 bottles of Goli ACV gummies for $76 on January 4 my credit card was charged the same day but I did not receive any email confirmation of my order. I sent an email to *** on Jan 6 and received a reply on Jan 7 it said "I know the time it is taking to ship your order is longer than you anticipated. I've gone ahead and reviewed your order #*** and can assure you that it has been received by our fulfillment team!" I followed up on the 13th and it said "I still do not have a more specific shipment date for your order, which I understand is something you were now hoping for. While we're committed to making every experience you have with us exceptional, regrettably, we know we haven't met the high standards we hold ourselves to. Please know we are doing everything we can to have your gummies sent to you as soon as possible." I called numerous times no one is available to accept the call it always get routed to VM. I checked some public reviews and here were hundreds of negative reviews from customers who has the same experience like me. I just can't believe that it will take this long to pack and ship 6 bottles (standard size medicine tablets). I lost my confidence that this company can deliver my order. They have good marketing strategy even got Ellen D to advertise for them but this guys can't run their business good. I understand that covid can be the reason but I also work for a supply chain company who has limited manpower due to covid but it doesn't take us this long to fulfill orders.

I ordered *** 3 month supply 01/07 online thru *** ad. It's 01/18 and still have not received my order. I purchased a 3 month supply of *** Apple cider vinegar gummies on January 7,2021 with afterpay. I got an email saying that my order was excepted and a tracking number will be given to me when it's shipped. I emailed twice an d asked when exactly will I be given a tracking number and order delivery date and the company response was that they don't know and is back up. I emailed January 15,2021 and told them that I want my money back because it shouldn't take this long to ship my order and this is what they sent to me. NO DELIVERY As you can see I am experiencing the same issues as others. I ordered the product, and no one has let me know the status after email requests. I have called and no one answers the phones, no one replies to my emails. They tried to send me a 10% coupon on future orders, but if there not shipping goods, why would I order again? Look I understand corona is an issue, but many companies are experiencing the same issues, but are able to ship their products. There is obviously something else going on here and if someone from the company would be honest and forthcoming, I would understand. But to simply safe your practicing social distancing and we will ship soon is not enough. I have asked several times what the status is. IF those employees are not in the offices and distribution locations, I am sure there is plenty of time for them to contact their customers, especially the ones that have already paid for the goods. Normally, you charge when the product ships, not in advance, then slow ship products. They clearly need to be more transparent and let paying customers know. For that matter, there should be an honest approach on the website, stating there is a significant delay in products before we make the purchase. At least we know what the issues are, but to take our money, and then notify us only after we complain, is a very suspicious way of doing business. I really want this product, and want to continue buying these products, but I am very suspicious of this companies practices. Im wondering if their products are being manufactured in China, hence the delays, as I am still waiting on other purchases from china that have yet to be shipped due to corona (6 months). Please dont take this as a dis on the company, but I ordered a product, paid for a product, with no communication. I am concerned is all and think they should be far more up front with their business practices.

I placed an order for 3 bottles of there product Nov 27th and have yet to receive the product and the tracking number is no longer work I placed my original order on Nov. 27, 2020 and have yet to receive my product. On 11/30 1they confirmed my order #XXXXXXX and that they would send a confirmation email with a tracking number when available. On 12/6 they sent an email stating it would ship soon and along with a promo code for a discount for future products for the inconvenience. 5 days later on 12/11 they finally sent me a tracking number(XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). I assumed my package was on the way and did not check on the matter until on 12/20 I had not received my package. I checked the tracking number that was sent to my email and the *** was still waiting to received the package On Monday 12/21, I attempted to call the company and try and get an update on my package. There phone number only goes to a voicemail that tells you to email. I email the company with a message stating I had not received my product and they responded with an assurance that the package was still on the way(although the tracking number had not been received by the carrier. They stated that if the product had not been received by 12/28 to contact them again and they will assist. I contract them on 12/28 after still not receiving my product and requesting my money back for a product not being shipped. Once again they sent the same message stating the package was on the way although the tracking information has not had any movement since 12/11. As of 01/05 I have yet to receive my product and the tracking number no longer works. There own websites states that it can take up to 20 days to receive your product. We are currently up to day 39 since I've order The company website states that i can get a refund within 30 days on received product. I have yet to receive my product and would like a refund.

Delivery Issue and Customer Service no help to rectify situation. I ordered a 3 month supply of *** apple cider gummies on November 27 and paid via *** My order number is XXXXXXX. I did receive tracking information, however, from December 10 to December 23 there was no movement of the package so I emailed them to see if it was lost. Their Customer Service email response was resending the tracking information to me and telling me to wait. Today, December 29th, I received notification that the package was delivered, however, there was no package that came to my door via *** (courier company used to ship). I received the notification of the package delivered at 5:50pm but the tracking information said the package was delivered at 6:39pm. How can the package be time stamped in the future? I emailed customer service again and their response was that the package was delivered according to the tracking information. They did not read my email regarding the differing time stamps. Also, they said that the package may have been dropped off at a neighbour's house or community mailbox. I checked with my neighbours and no package. Courier companies such as *** do not have access to community mailboxes - only postal service does - so it is not there Also, I requested signature proof of delivery as I am working from home full time and was home all day today but wasn't provided that information. I went to their *** page and even messaged someone there for help but was told they couldn't help me and to email Customer Service so now I'm right back where I started. I am now out my *** US (which was *** CAD) and have no product. Am not impressed with how this has been handled at all! If I had known that this was going to be the issue, 30 days waiting and no product but out the money, I would have gone to a store in the next town and purchased. I will also send copies of the email correspondence back and forth with Customer Service.

Deceptive advertisement and promise fulfillment, and refused to cancel order after customer requested cancellation prior to shipment. On 05/11 I ordered a 5 month supply of Goli vitamins. The next day, 05/12, I received an email from Goli that states: "Here at Goli Nutrition, our commitment to you is to always provide an exceptional experience. To deliver on this, we are excited to introduce our Shipping Promise; your Goli order is guaranteed to be sent out in 10 days or less. If you do not receive your tracking number by May 21, please contact us and we will provide a full refund of all charges and send out your order completely free!" By 05/22, 11 days later, my package was still not shipped. I reached out to Goli regarding the shipping promise. I asked for a full refund as promised and I asked for an update on when the product would be shipped. This was the response I received via email: "Our fulfillment delay times have extended longer than we'd promised and I'd like to sincerely apologize for this. Your order should ship within the next 3 days. If it does not, let us know and we will issue you a full refund and send your order out, completely free of charge!" I was not okay with this response because they are retracting their initial "promise" and extending it another 3 days which makes it a total of 14 days after the order was made. Also, my credit card was billed for the 5 month supply immediately, yet they were unable to provide an update on when the product would be shipped. Feeling uneasy about my money, I replied immediately and asked the customer service agent to cancel my order and provide a refund. I also asked for confirmation of the cancellation and refund. I received no immediate reply, but 6 hours laters, I received confirmation for my shipment. Instead of canceling my order as requested, they pushed the shipment. I no longer want this product, but per the company website, I am financially responsible for shipping costs on returns.

did not honor their 10 *** shipping promise which states that your order is guaranteed to sent out in 10 days or less... I placed an order with *** on 4/27 at which time my credit card was charged and I received an order ***. The next *** I received an update from *** stating: "we are excited to introduce our Shipping Promise; your *** order is guaranteed to be sent out in 10 days or less. If you do not receive your tracking number by May 07, please contact us and we will provide a full refund of all charges and send out your order completely free!" I waiting until May 8 (9:14am EST) before sending the following email to them: "I am responding to this email to inform *** that I did not receive my tracking number as of today May 8. I was instructed to contact *** with this information based on your shipping promise. My order number is *** and was placed on 4/27. When can I expect to see my credit card refunded in the amount of $51.30? I also trust that per your shipping promise that I still will receive my order soon?" I immediately received a response from *** which reiterated the Shipping Promise. Further stating: "our customer care representatives will assist you as soon as possible!". Sixty two minutes later on 5/8 (10:16am EST) I received a shipment confirmation with a tracking number! Too little too late. I responded with the following email: "This is wonderful news but please see my email from 9:14 EST this morning, an hour prior to this, which indicates that I am due a full refund for this order as it was not shipped in the time allotted in the *** shipping promise. When can I expect my refund?" Needless to say that I did eventually receive my shipment (as promised) but as of today 5/22 my credit card has NOT been credited $51.30 which was the amount of order. I sent them emails on 5/12 and 5/14 as well asking about my refund. I have not heard a peep from them and am reaching out to ComplaintsBoard.com for help in rectifying this refund situation. I would like my money back and no product. The company has not shipped my product and my funds has been taken. It's been almost two weeks with neither I placed my order for goli gummys on January 4,2021. I received a confirmation to my email stating that my order was confirmed and received order number XXXXXXX. On January 6,2021 I sent an email to the company in regards to why my account was charged and I have not gotten any email stating that product was shipped. A person that goes by the name *** emailed me back and stated that my order was received by the fulfillment team and she have no details of when my order will be ready to ship right now. The very next day I received an email from the company there was no team member name at the bottom of the email. This email stated that they are basically working on my order processing and have no details about my order prior to shipping. On January 10,2021 I received another email from the company stating that my order will ship soon. Today is January 14,2021 and I emailed the company to cancel my order letting them know I no longer would like the product I would just like my funds back cancelling my order because nothing still hasn't shipped. I received an email from the company's team member name *** whom emailed my back and basically the same repetitive email stating that shipping is taking longer than anticipated and my order is with the fulfillment team and have no details on when it will be shipped. I emailed *** back and let her know that I understand it is taking a while to ship however I would like my funds replaced onto my debit card. I no longer want the product or anything I would just like the refund. *** emailed me back basically the same exact email stating they are working on my order and no details on shipping. I didn't even ask about details on shipping I asked for my money back. I don't understand why my funds cannot be refunded if my order haven't been completed and have not shipped. I am getting a run around to just receive my money back. My account shouldn't have been charged in the first place if nothing was completed or shipped. I just want my funds back. *** wouldn't even give me anyone else I could speak with about refunds or anything. She just kept sending the same email and not answering my questions about my refund. I stated clear as day I no longer want the product that I want a refund. Still nothing. I feel like if I don't want the product anymore I shouldn't be forced to keep it and them hold onto my money. I made a purchase of product on Apr 23rd. I never recieved email about this order so placed another order on May 3rd. Immediately tried to cancel. This company has been advertising heavily on all social and media platforms so I decided to give them a try. I placed an order on Apr 23 that I now know is order #XXXXXXX, I never got an email confirming this order so I thought maybe I had not ordered properly. On May 3rd I placed a duplicate order Order #XXXXXXX and immediately got an email. I double checked all my email, spam and trash folders and found no other email from them on first order so checked my Paypal and sure enough I had made previous order. Immediately within 2 hours of making order, I sent an email explaining that I was not going to need the second order, could they please cancel as I made a mistake. They respond with email saying they have my message and someone would get back to me within 48 hours. The email from them confirming the order #XXXXXXX said this. Giving them both order numbers now that I know first number based on the shipping info given in the email. I get a response back that they got my email and will respond within 48 hours. The next day I take a different approach and decide to call them based on the phone number I have for them in Paypal. I call, no one monitors the phone so all I can do is leave a message. I leave a message and say best thing to do is call me to fix the problem quickly. I email them again on the 6th, no response, then again on the 8th, no response. I again place a phone call and leave a message, no response. I then email them again on the 11th and call again. I finally get an email on the 14th that says this. Thank you so much for reaching out. I then email then every day since then with my phone number to try and resolve and they have now mixed up the orders. No response and then today on May 20, 17 days after trying to cancel the second order I get notification that order has shipped.
