I ordered a ceiling lamp in Oct 25 2021 from online Etsy company Christophe ptak [protected]@orange.fr who i paid in full by bank transfer Euro1,068,00 and he said that Luci Srl Italy will ship the lamp to me. I am calling Luci and they refuse saying that Futureantique has not paid them but they have the lamp. Luci does not answer my emails, telephone. I believe they are not telling the truth and that they are lying to me.
I have tried to upload the emails between me and di Massimiliano Frattini [protected]@luciprogetti.it with the invoice but format is rejected. He is saying that they have the lamp and they will ship to me in Cyprus but this is not happening since 22 March 2022 which was the last email to me.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my ceiling lamp shipped to me since Luci say they have it manufactured and ready for shipping to me in Cyprus if this is true. Alternatively Christophe Ptak can refund me the Euro 1,068,00 i paid him.
