RE: Request for action over fraud case
I am writing this letter to request you to take action over an internet fraud that I was the victim of and also to help me to retrieve my 939.86€ which I have sent to an internet fraud called “Christian A. Ventura” in the Philippines. He promised to help me to get a Philippines Professional driving license and a PIDP for 30000 PHP within three weeks. So I transferred him the money through Western Union. He told me that he has a very good relationship with the chief and also the officials of LTO in Manila. When I went to ask at the Dirección General de tráfico office in Barcelona, I came to know that the driving license is not valid if it is issued after the date of my arrival in Spain. So I asked Christian A. Ventura for a refund. He told me that he could backdate it if I sent him 20000 PHP. The total amount I sent him in the three separate times came to 50000 PHP, i.e. 939.86€. So I sent him the 20000 PHP in order for him to backdate it but whenever I asked him about the driving license he would always give me an excuse. I am very glad to give my email password if you need for further investigation.
I attach some receipts as evidence and also a Spanish police report for your review.
I am requesting you to help me to retrieve my money. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Unfortunately I also got scammed by LTO Assistance Facebook Page. Scammer introduced herself as Grace Paculanan of LTO - Digos City.

he asked me also 90000 php for joining in the army. Thanks for your valuable feedback, otherwise I wiiI be a victim of him. I also saw this link, he thinks we are all fools. we have to report to the police at the earliest. me and my friends are going to file a case against sulit.com in the court becaust the crimal christian a ventura is returned again for cheating in sulit.com. please navigate this link below. God Bless Us Everyone! Christian A. Ventura, this fraud is suspended from the sulit.com.ph by the Police. He used to increase his feedback by himself with different names. I am also working as a LTO Drivers License Assistance. please don't send money to Christian A. ventura, He cheated many people. Many people are scammed, whose losts money didn’t report it because they were afraid. Now my friend is telling now he is asking money to help to join in Philippine Military. He told them, now he has joined in the Philippine Military through an agent. He is telling he can help them to join if they can give (90k per person). He wore somebody's military dress, holding a pistol and took a picture. please check his Facebook, LinkedIn or viber. his telephone number in Viber is [protected]. Please don't trust him. He is a big liar. I know him personally. if you are a victim please report to the police. Michael
i was also a victim of that LTO online scam...the one who assists me is mrs arlene m. ampatuan...that devilish girl is a friend of christian (the one who scammed u) this people are a son of SATAN...they not believe in GOD that's why they scam alot of people...if u want to see the other u can search it on google...
