Lowe's - Washer / dryer / pedestals

On 11-10-21 we ordered GE washer/dryer/pedestals - sales # S25782IF 3063423, transaction [protected] at store on Royal Pine Drive in Colorado Springs CO (was told by associate they would tag and hold the washer & pedestals until dryer comes in-then deliver everything 12-3-21). On 12-2-21 we got a phone call from associate saying somehow the washer was sold, but did I still want the dryer and pedestal? (Well yes I do) The washer & pedestal would be delivered end of January. The dryer (& I guess pedestal - never saw either one) was delivered 12-3-21 but was never taken off the truck because the door was broken. We called the store and finally got through to an associate, explained what happened - she said "so you didn't accept the dryer?" Told her no, it was broken. She said I'm so sorry - we can deliver everything on 1-20-22, or you can come in and pick something that is in stock, or cancel the order and get a refund. When I asked what could be done about a credit or something, she checked with a manager and said they could give us a 25% discount "for your troubles". (The refund almost covered the cost of going to a laundromat 2x week for 2 months). Later that night I get a call saying we could expect a delivery the next day (12-4-21). Called the store and after 1 1/2 hours they figured out it was the washer/dryer - asked for the delivery manager and he said "not sure why you got a call, since they won't be in for another 4-6 weeks". I checked once a week at the store - yes, everything will be delivered in January, no problem; yes they can change the doors, no problem. When I checked 1-4-22, I was told the delivery was now on 1-19-22, but the pedestals might not be there. I specifically asked again about the doors & was told yes mam they will change them, yes they will deliver & install the pedestals if they come later. On 1-10-22 I got a phone call - the dryer is dented but we have 7 more arriving and can still deliver everything 1-19-22. On 1-14-22 I get a phone call - good news we can deliver the washer & dryer tomorrow, but no pedestals or you can wait until end of February for everything - yes they will install the pedestals when they come in if you want the washer & dryer now. So, on 1-15-22 the washer & dryer were delivered - installers said no we can't change the doors. I called the associate while the installers were still here - oh yeah they changed the contract a month ago - I'm sorry - you can accept the W/D or refuse delivery. I asked to speak to a manager & was told he would call me when he got in. The manager of appliances called back about an hour later - so sorry - the contract was changed. I said "but they will still deliver and install the pedestals when they finally come in, yes? He said they will install the pedestals if they arrive within 30 days - but our system shows they won't be in until end of February so they will deliver but not install them. I told him I'm 71 yrs old - how am I supposed to install them? He said well you can hire someone. I said so not only do I have to wait another month, but also have to find someone willing to come out and install the pedestals for me, even though this whole mess/delay wasn't my fault? Yes mam - that's the policy - nothing I can do. I asked isn't there anything you can do - like a credit or something since I'll have to pay for installing what your store was supposed to install - we bought everything from Lowes and it was all supposed to be delivered together? Oh yeah - just bring in a receipt showing the price to install them and we will reimburse you. The entire time - from November through January - I continually asked will they change the doors, and will they install the pedestals if delayed - answer was always yes, no problem. I specifically asked - no matter when the pedestals finally arrive they will be delivered and installed - yes mam. If the policy / contract changed, why not tell me? Why not say - well, if you want the pedestals installed, you need to wait and have everything delivered together. (places I have called have said they won't install pedestals on existing washers & dryers - even brand new ones) We bought from Lowes because of their reputation & trouble with installations at home depot - at least home depot delivered & did what was promised, and paid for repairs to the floor & walls. I am totally disgusted and frustrated with this entire experience. Nobody seems to care about the customer once you pay your money.

Desired outcome: I want my pedestals; I want them delivered and installed as promised; and I want a response from someone.
