I've contacted them twice to cancel premium and both times they responded with a generic "Hi, please email us to request cancellation", and they never canceled it.

Seems like a scam website. People on here claiming they have helpful customer support are probably the same person who owns v2ph. Will update this post if anything changes. I'll probably have to cancel it a different way.

LoveSoft Limited Cancel subscription

I am trying to unsubscribe from a website maintained by LoveSoft Limited. The name of the website is V2PH. I have tried repeatedly via e mail and phone to cancel but they do not respond. This is a recurring subscription with automatic billing from LoveSoft Limited. Information from their last invoice to me is as follows:

Invoice Number: 3A760D19-0002
They did not provide a client number.
Their published websites to which I have been attempting to contact them are:

Today I emailed the V2PH support team to cancel my subscription, and they helped me cancel it immediately.

So I think the LoveSoft Limited is good for billing support.
