Louisville Behavioral Health, Louisville, KY. review: Mental health care

Dr Kevin Bays dropped me as a patient and I am on multiple psychiatric medications. I called and complained multiple times about being put on medications that raised my blood pressure. Also, I asked for an increase in my mood stabilizer, and it was increased. Then when I asked for an additional increase he did not remember that I had been on the increased dose for 3 weeks. I am no longer able to go there to even see my therapist. So, now I have to find a new therapist as well.

I should not have been dropped as a patient due to saying "maybe I should find another provider" when I was very upset, depressed and had just lost my job. Had I been on enough medications to begin with, my calls and complaints would not have resulted in my outbursts from frustration of the doctor failing to refer to my chart and medical conditions before prescribing medications for me.
