Lotus Inn and Suites review: Customer service

On 15 Oct 2022 I booked a room at the Lotus Inn And Suites, upon my visit

me and my partner suffer bed bug bites. Went to the office on 17 Oct 2022 to inform the young man that was on duty to inform him that I had bug bites on my

arms, face and left side of my body. I asked to be put in another room and that

room was worse. To this date I am still suffering from the bites. Some one needs to send an inspection team to inspect the facility, because this is an unsafe

condition for everybody that stay at this hotel. What I am seeking is a refund of $240.09 for the three nights I was there this is the lease they can do for me and my partner. In closing I will never stay there again and will also inform my family and friends how nasty the facility is. Located at 3430 Percy Priest Dr.
