I am complaining about the 2nd bottle of Heal N Soothe which i received from you, and which i did not order, and money has been taken out of my account which i did not authorise. I will be sending that package back. I would like that money put back into my account please ASAP.
The 1st Shipment 1D P12022288 was a Free Sample as i was led to believe and i definitly did not need another.
The 2nd shipment ID P11840380 Which i definitly did not order.
