Lori Curcio review: service - unethical behavior

Date of the incident was April 2016 - Went to H&R Block for an appointment with William Sperounis, who goes by the name Bill Sperounis, at 204 W. Old Country Road, Hicksville, NY 11801. Bill processed our taxes on his own, after entering them into the H&R Block system and quoting us H&R Block's price to process our taxes. We were shocked at how high the price was and he offered to process them on his own, telling us he already had all our information and it was in the system.
After we left H&R Block, Bill emailed me confirming confirmation that our taxes were processed for 2015 tax year. I asked him to email me the confirmation and paperwork...after several attempts of contacting him by phone and email he finally did. I found out in July, after calling the IRS that he, in fact, he never processed our taxes fully when he said he did. We now received notice from the IRS that our taxes were filled incorrectly and we have multiple fees, including late fees (for not submitting on time) and penalties all due to his errors. He is now not responding to my calls and emails. I am looking for support to rectify the costs I'm being penalized for that should be paid by him.
